The primary duties of the successful candidate will be to contribute to the Department's undergraduate teaching in British Prehistory and Archaeological Theory Candidates must have a first degree (or equivalent) in Archaeology; a PhD, completed or near completion, is desirable. Salary will be within the range £27,183 - £35,469 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience (salary can progress to £38,757 subject to performance, subject to performance). This post is available from 1 September 2009 and will be offered on a fixed-term contract until 18 June 2010.
