Senior Building Services Engineer – MechanicalLondon, UKSalary: ŁNEGMy client is a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy and is working on a number of high profile projects in North London won from the public sector. As a result they require established Building Services Engineer to work from their North London office. You will be involved at every stage, from carrying out inspections and developing designs and specifications to overseeing the delivery of work. In addition to this you will advise clients, project managers and architects on compliance and industry best practice. You will possess excellent technical skills in mechanical (H&V) building services and should have the ability to work on several projects simultaneously and will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to understand and express technical concepts clearly and accurately. With, or working towards, chartered status, you will have a complete understanding of design practices, contracts and project-management processes in connection with mechanical building services.
