• To supervise and manage the recycling and refuse operations to ensure efficient, compliant and profitable operations.
• Recruitment, induction and training of staff as well as reviewing their performance
• Liaise with the London Borough of Hounslow to ensure timely, safe and efficient working practices are adhered to within a partnership framework
• Continuously improve through the ongoing review of waste flows and operations.

A Managing Safely IOSH and CPC in Road Transport Operations would be advantageous.
