The current incumbent of the role is staying within the business but is moving into a different role and therefore the company is looking to bring on board someone fresh and new with a real grasp of the UK market to operate across their main existing business sectors and also to develop new strategic directions. The remit of the role covers: o Strategic Business Planning and Direction of the business groups across the company o Reviewing and Agreeing Annual Business Plans o Budgetary responsibility across the company o Supporting other Directors in numerous areas such as business development and project o Regular project reviews o Reviewing and approving proposals To be suited to this role you must have a strong, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial nature combined with extensive experience of managing multi disciplinary teams, you should have a demonstrable background of developing new revenue streams and a client-focused approach in general.
