They require a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Kuwait and your duties will include:

• Confirm Client scope of work with Project Manager/ Head of Department in order to verify extent of the work.
• Gather data from the Architect or Client which are relevant to establish the basis for the design.
• Develop physiological (soft) design criteria (thermal, acoustics, ventilation, filtration, psychological etc.) to achieve subjective objectives related to comfort, well-being and safety of people occupying the space. Obtain specialist areas design criteria from respective consultant.
• Identify space requirement for building engineering services plant and energy transport systems so that the building is designed holistically.
• Define engineering requirements that aesthetically complements the architect's vision, without compromising technicalities or performance of the system being designed.
• Design building engineering systems and plant to achieve their intended function within budget. This generally includes detailed calculations.
• Direct and monitor Senior/CAD Technicians to ensure designs are accurate, are coordinated across disciplines and are produced on time.
• Liaise with other disciplines (engineering, architectural, QS) to ensure that requirements are coordinated.

Ideally candidate will have 10+ years experience in Mechanical design with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
