Principal Structural EngineerWest Sussex, UKSalary: £45 - 50KOne of the UK's leading Multi Disciplinary Engineering consultancies currently has an opportunity available for a Principal Structural Engineer to work on a wide variety of new and exciting infrastructure projects, from its offices in South East England. This is a Principal level position and the role involves leading design teams and mentoring and developing junior staff members. Applicants should be technically proficient in the design of bridge and civil engineering structures associated with infrastructure works. This position would suit someone looking to develop their career as an expert within their field and involves working both on internal organisation projects and with external clients. Current projects cover both the rail and highway infrastructure sectors both within the UK and Internationally. Applicants for this positions should hold a Civil Engineering related degree, and should be Chartered members of either ICE or IStructE. In addition you should posses technical experience in bridge design and the design of civil structures for infrastructure projects. Experience in Tunnel design and working knowledge of business management systems to ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 would be advantageous.
