BREEAM Assessor

Our client is one of UKs the leading, multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering partnerships. They are looking for an experienced BREEAM Assessor to work from their London or Mansfield offices.

Principal duties/activities

1. Undertake BREEAM assessments (Health Care, Education, Offices, Bespoke)
2. Developing the BREEAM and Sustainability profile
3. Assist engineers and architects on BREEAM contributions
4. Assist engineers and architects on other sustainability areas

You will have previous expereince as a BREEAM assessor and established knowledge or the construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of current legislation e.g. Building Regulations, Building Bulletins for Schools, BREEAM
• Resource planning and management
• Awareness of building services design principles
• Understanding of architectural and building services areas
• Knowledge/use of dynamic thermal modeling
• Renewable Energy assessments
• Knowledge of SLAM (Single Living Accommodation)

You will ideally have a Professional BREEAM qualification and ideally a relevant MSc/PhD degree.
