Our client is an international consultancy that provides advice to their clients in the public and private sector in the areas of land and property, management of the environment and health and safety. They are looking for a professional and motivated self-starter to join their sustainability team in London. The successful candidate will have qualifications in Sustainable Design or Environmental Science and have proven extensive experience. You must have excellent knowledge of BREEAM assessments with you preferably being a registered BRREAM assessor for BREEAM for offices and EcoHomes. The main focus of the role will have you helping developers demonstrate how they meet current sustainability policies that will be carried out by producing Sustainability statements and appraisals.
