Our clients nuclear services business unit, provides engineering and risk management consultancy to a range of UK and overseas nuclear operators, regulators and contractors. They provide a front end design and consultancy service to underpin the feasibility and conceptual stages of projects through to the full design service and support to operation of nuclear facilities, including the decommissioning of redundant facilities and the management of radioactive wastes.

About the Role

As a member of their team, you will be responsible for undertaking safety and risk management technical consulting for our current nuclear clients and assisting with business development for our existing clients and for identifying and developing business relationships with new clients, as well as conducting technical work and managing projects in accordance with their QA system.

About You

They are looking for candidates with Honours and/or a Masters Degree in a relevant subject e.g. science or engineering.

You will have nuclear safety case production and/or management experience either with a consultancy or a licensee.

You will have effective communication skills, good report writing skills and the ability to work effectively both individually and in a team.

At the Principal level they are looking for specific team leadership experience.
