Our Client is looking for self starters to join our growing environmental team based in the Midlands. The team provides advice to public and private clients, developers, design teams and planners on the inclusion of practical environmental and sustainability initiatives into project and strategy delivery. A willingness to participate in developing the business offering is essential.
The role requires an individual with Construction and/or Property Sector knowledge and a demonstrable track record of delivering projects to budget and on time. The rolewould suit self-motivated and proactive individuals who would benefit from the challenges offered by consulting, as you will have real responsibilities and an opportunity to develop and deliver business.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved with sustainability consulting, BREEAM, LEED assessments and environmental management. The range of work will be diverse and cover all the sustainability and environmental issues facing the built environment from community cohesion to renewable energy. You should have an appreciation of financial management as well as an understanding of how consultancy businesses work and. experience of managing others and working successfully in multi-disciplinary teams.
We believe the ideal candidate will have an environmental based qualification and extensive environmental management/consulting experience of which at least part should relate to sustainability in the built environment. Opportunities globally are likely, as the growing environmental context of services is spread throughout this worldwide organisation.
Senior Consultants with business development and marketing experience, will be of specific intersted and will be in a good position to progress quickly within the business.
