Our client is an independent company of environmental consultants, providing a wide range of environmental services and associated instrumentation to a large client base.
They are now seeking to enhance its noise and vibration team. You should preferably have solid experience from within an acoustic consultancy, and be happy to work on short-term projects often lasting 3-4 months. Applicants should preferably be capable in engineering/noise control, modelling of large industrial sources, building acoustics and/or general environmental acoustics. Applicants should also be Members of the Institute of Acoustics.
The position will be a mix of office based duties, and site visits around the surrounding county. Work will involve noise and vibration monitoring, analysing data, report writing and liaison with clients and consultees. The position presents a good opportunity to develop your career in acoustics further, and being within a small environment promotion and future career development is more than achieveable.
