A global consultancy specialising in ground engineering and
environmental services are looking to appoint an exceptional Environmental
Manager who is familiar with SEA regulations.
This is an opportunity to join a team advising UK Government,
the European Commission and other public and private sector organisations on
environmental policy development and implementation across a range of sectors.
Your role will include project management and technical delivery of energy and
carbon management services to both private and public sector clients. You will
also have a key role in growing this area of business through building excellent
client relationships, developing leads and preparing proposals.
Requirements:

First Degree BSc Engineering or Energy Technology

Second Degree MSc Energy Technology / Management
-
You will have core skills and extensive experience in
energy management and energy efficiency audits and surveys. You will also have
a good understanding of these skills and be able to contribute to a wider
carbon management programme. Ideally you will have an engineering background
and have developed these skills in a consultancy and / or industrial
environment. Experience in any of the following areas would also be
advantageous: energy / carbon policy measures (e.g. climate change agreements,
EU ETS, Renewables Obligation), process or mechanical engineering, building
services, energy management or change management.
