You would be advising builders and a wide range of other construction professionals on design and development aspects, you will produce environmental assessments and recommendations – primarily for new residential developments, although knowledge of BREEAM assessments for commercial buildings will also come in useful. Ideal candidates will be qualified EcoHomes Assessors with NHER Energy Assessor accreditation, but candidates with relevant degrees and technical qualifications will be considered. Good all-round communication skills are essential.
