The role is expected to comprise a mix of office based and
site work. Specifically, the work will include: due-diligence auditing and
reporting, including project management; soil and groundwater assessments of
contaminated land based on intrusive investigation and sampling of soil and
groundwater, including hydrogeological site characterisation and remedial
feasibility testing.
Management and reporting of these works, with client liaison;
remedial works in collaboration with the existing remediation expertise in the
office and elsewhere; preparation of proposals for investigation and related
works, including identification of project objectives. You will be assisting in
the professional development of more junior staff; detailed risk assessment and
detailed technical appraisals in accordance with your specific expertise and
experience. Team work is of key importance to the office and you would be
expected to remain flexible to assist colleagues and to respond to client needs
where necessary.
