A leading research and consultancy based organisation is currently seeking a talented individual to join the company's Environmental Modelling group. Their Environment Systems team provides innovative Environmental Consultancy underpinned by a science-based spatial, statistical, modelling and software capability, to clients in both government and corporate sectors. They are seeking an Environmental Modeller to develop and apply numerical models, at both field and catchment scales, in support of a range of projects focusing primarily on diffuse pollution, and Hydrogeology.

You will be adaptable and creative, with:

• A first degree (or equivalent experience) in an Environmental scientific discipline

• Experience in using environmental modelling, statistical analysis or spatial analysis

• Programming experience in a high-level computer language

• Knowledge of current agri-environment issues and policy initiatives

• Preferably a postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline

There will be opportunities to develop within the role, leading to project management and business development responsibilities.
