Our client is a highly successful, multi-disciplinary
consultancy that has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior/Principle Ecologist to
join a specialist Ecology team in Lincoln
You will embrace the challenge of guiding more junior
ecologists in the team and taking a lead role in all surveys. You will have a
solid consultancy background and be able to show true commercial understanding.
This role is the perfect opportunity to run your own team and develop business
for the consultancy as a whole. The potential to develop to Principal level
quickly is certain for a candidate with ambition and drive.
All candidates should be competent in Phase 1 Habitat Survey
and plant identification, have experience of surveying for protected species,
have skills in nature conservation evaluation and assessment of impacts,
membership of the Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (IEEM), have
excellent communication skills and be able to work both as an individual and as
a team member.
