An excellent opportunity to develop a career in noise and vibration within a large multi-disciplinary Consultancy. Our clients acoustics team is seeking an enthusiastic graduate to assist with environmental noise surveys and noise modelling. They will consider appointing at either Graduate or Consultant level, depending on experience. As a Graduate Consultant your responsibilities will include on site noise and vibration monitoring; initial data analysis and reporting duties. As a Consultant in addition to the above, your responsibilities would also include project management and increased client liaison.

You should ideally have an acoustics or physics-related degree. Skills in noise modelling packages, CAD or GIS would be beneficial as would a willingness to study towards the Institute of Acoustics Diploma.

The successful candidate will receive ongoing training and would be numerate, self-motivated and have a good basic understanding of acoustic principles.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to work flexibly with minimal supervision and will need clear and concise report writing skills. A full driving licence is essential. Salary will be competitive and commensurate to experience, with an attractive benefits package.
