You should be fully conversant with AutoCad and a familiarity
with other similar software such as LSS or Vector Works would be an advantage
although training would be available.
The post involves providing drawing office support for a wide
variety of work including, drawings for development schemes, planning
applications, EIA projects, legal agreements. Much of the data sources for plan
preparation are from topographic surveys, OS data and other sources. An interest
in landscape design and / or graphic design would be an advantage.
The post involves occasional site visits for data gathering
and research for a variety of projects. The post is based in Shrewsbury office
although you will be working with surveyors, planners, geologists and ecologists
from various offices
