Arboriculturist

You will take an active role in the delivery of our environmental workload as
part of an arboriculture and forestry team undertaking a range of projects for
private and public sector clients. The team is within a multidisciplinary
section of allied environmental professionals including landscape architects,
landscape managers and ecologists that works closely with environmental teams
based at my client’s offices throughout the UK.
Key current work areas include health and safety inspections, BS5837 surveys
and reports, advice on TPOs and for development control purposes and the
preparation of woodland management plans. Typical projects relate to
environmental impact assessment, education landscapes, historic landscapes and
highway and waste management related projects.
Training and Experience
They are looking for talented people to join them across the UK and Ireland

You should be highly motivated and able to demonstrate excellent customer
care and communication skills and have the ability to produce high quality
reports. The bulk of the work is arboricultural in nature, however expertise in
forestry would be advantageous. You will hold the AA Tech Cert qualification and
relevant UK experience would be desirable.
Other Essential Functions
Expertise in arboricultural data capture software would be an advantage. A
full UK/EU driving licence and the use of a vehicle is essential.
