Senior Energy & Sustainability Consultant

£250.00 - £350.00 per annum + ltd

Ideally with a background in Building Services, ME & Sustainability or Facilities Management, you will have strong commercial experience and be used to autonomously running customer accounts and managing a team. The role involves leading the provision of technical and consultancy advice to businesses and commercial property builders, developers and investors to include; energy audits, advising on low energy design, energy performance of buildings and the application of renewable technologies.
Do you:

Understand the design and operation of mechanical and electrical systems?
Have experience of renewable technology feasibility?
Have experience of CHP and decentralised energy feasibility?
Have a working knowledge of BREEAM assessments?
Have a working knowledge of the EPC certification process?
Have experience of building simulation tools?
Have great management experience?
Hold a full UK driving licence?
Have the flexibility to work away from home with overnight stays as required?
Have a passion for the environment and sustainable development?
