Landfill Design Engineer

An independent engineering consultancy with confirmed long-term projects has an opening for a highly experienced landfill design engineer.

The position is open to either contract or permanent applicants, and would involve providing high level designs for state of the art landfill facilities overseas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing landfill design, as well as be experienced in bids and tenders, and be able to assist in this area.

Although the role is based in the UK so applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, some international travel will be required to ensure sites are progressing as expected. This will mainly be short term trips but flexibility may be required.

A civil engineering qualification would be desirable, along with

AutoCAD;

however the experience is most important.
