A rare opportunity within a very strong waste and minerals planning team for one of the country's leading environmental consultancies. A principal planner is required to project manage applications and lead an existing team of environmental experts.

To provide professional advice and support on a range of functions related to waste planning, CPO and property matters. To be client facing managing the effective delivery of projects. Also work in conjunction with and assist other members of the Team to provide a comprehensive service that is effective, efficient and flexible to meet identified objectives and priorities.

You will be degree qualified in planning or associated environmental disciplines and have a good track record of delivering planning applications for waste management facilities on behalf of developers. Experience in CPO processes would be a benefit. You will have strong project management capabilities and be able to effectively interface with both clients and internal parties in successfully delivering projects. You will be IT literate and have excellent technical writing skills.
