An exciting opportunity has arisen with a Leading Energy Services Company in Stavanger, Norway for a Well Project Manager.

The successful candidate will have the following:-

• Degree qualified in an engineering or science discipline with proven experience.
• A strong technical background, including drilling, well engineering and project management, with a broad base of expertise, and experience covering North Sea and International Projects.
• A track record of leading integrated wells projects, experience with a recognised international operator and / or well delivery service company /consultancy.
• Expertise in wells contractual and risk management structures, and mechanisms for commercial alignment.
• Knowledge and understanding of disciplines and skills outside, of wells, and how the wells, linked offering plays into the clients commercial and business drivers.
• Experience of being 'lead' contractor and / or 'intergrator' of multiple external service lines as part of a holistic wells solution.
• Experience of rig contracting and contact negotiation.
• An intimate knowledge of systematic well delivery quality processes.
• Experience in recruitment of well professionals.

Skills and Atributes:-

• A Team player who will look to lead, but can also play a supporting role as part of a larger strategy.
• Be willing to get their 'hands dirty' but also realise the need to delegate and trust his team.
• Excellent client relationships skills to engender trust and e credible within and outside of the wells community and with top level client management.
• Ability to work in a consultancy environment developing new and existing clients is essential.
• Be interested in well delivery as a business not just a cost of business, with a desire to understand and improve Senergys overall business.
• Proven ability in metoring and developing of less experienced staff in wells.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Pragmatic approach with good problem solving abilities.
• First class spoken and written english.
