Experience in the application of climate system models and/or models of varying complexity to paleoclimate problems is preferred. This appointment will have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in Brown's Center for Computation and Scientific Visualization, Department of Applied Mathematics, Center for Fluid Dynamics, Environmental Change Initiative, Center for Environmental Studies, and the Marine Biological Laboratory at Woods Hole. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain an active, externally funded research program and enjoy a commitment to teaching ?at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
