Climate Adaptation and Extremes Scientist
CSIRO's Agriculture and Food is seeking to appoint a Climate Adaptation and Extremes Scientist. This is an exciting opportunity for a Research Scientist to work in a highly influential and well-connected group tackling some of Australia's most pressing problems.
As the successful candidate you will work with world class scientists to deliver systems around agroclimatic information. You will foster adaptation across the farming and agribusiness community, with a strategic focus on adaptation under extremes and thresholds of a +3-degree world.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain and provide a National Police Check or equivalent.
If the successful candidate is not an Australian/New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident, the appointment will be conditional upon you obtaining and maintaining, for the duration of the agreement, the necessary immigration approvals and visa required to work within Australia.
