Business Development and Marketing Manager with NDB Ltd

Lead NDB into global operations. Develop sales through business development in the UK and establish NDB internationally by developing and executing a marketing plan.

A business development and marketing manager is required to lead sales of consulting and support services and to create and deliver a marketing plan to establish NDB as a major supplier in the UK and introduce the company to international markets. This is a key role for NDB and will report to the Managing Director. The individual will be expected to lead sales through the whole sales cycle and to develop, maintain and extend excellent relationships with the assigned clients. The individual will work with the management team to develop and execute a marketing plan to develop NDB's international business over the next two years.

Candidates must have a strong background in the E&P business, an aptitude and confidence with software technology, excellent communication skills and above all a willing attitude.

Experience and personal characteristics

• Knowledge and experience of Exploration and Production process
• Ability to learn and articulate the key aspects of our consulting and support services
• Excellent communication skills
• Business development or marketing experience with a software or service provider
• Self motivated, disciplined and able to work effectively under pressure

• Geoscience, engineering or information technology.
• A high education level is an advantage when backed-up by continued enthusiasm, a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Based in Aberdeen or London - with international travel.
• Excellent starting salary and commissions (at least £5K or 10% increase on your current basic)
