This leading oil and gas consultancy provides a broad range of engineering services to numerous operators internationally. Operating on a global basis, they have a truly multi discipline capability and employ over 600 engineers and scientists. They have identified a new requirement for a Principal Electrical Engineer within their team in London. This is a permanent position and candidates for contract roles will not be considered.

The Role:

The requirement is for an exceptionally high calibre specialist, with significant experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams on international projects.


You:

You will need at least 10 years experience in Upstream projects (Platforms, Subsea, Onshore hook-ups) with previous technical or Project Lead experience. FEED, pre-FEED & Conceptual/Studies background required. Candidates should also have experience of:
*HV and LV equipment;
*Main power generation and Compression gas turbine packages;
*Power management systems;
*main switchboard design and requisition;
*Emergency generation;
*UPS systems;
*Hazardous area equipment;
*Photovoltaic and wind power generation for un-manned platforms.

You will be degree qualified and ideally a Chartered Engineer. You must also be currently eligible to work in the UK.
