A leading independent producer with plans to develop and expand their North Sea assets, in addition they also have considerable holdings elsewhere globally. They are profitable and have a positive cash flow situation. The Role

They seek an experienced Geophysicist, to work alongside the licensing manager and other geophysicists. Your role will include undertaking seismic interpretation work, mapping both the exploration assets and the producing fields, mapping depth conversion fields and working with the drilling engineers in order to prepare well paths for drilling. There are several exciting new projects in the pipeline and the company are expecting to acquire several new licences in the next round.


Experience Required

You should have a minimum of 8 and ideally 10 years experience as a geophysicist, and ideally have worked previously for an E&P company, however a strong background working for a service company would also be acceptable
