The Company

An independent exploration and production company. They have an excellent management team and technical expertise within their business. In recent years they have secured several key licences and already brought some into full production, in addition they intend to be very active in upcoming licencing rounds. They have production occurring the North Sea but also have interests on Mainland Europe and in Africa.

The Role

They seek an experienced Geophysicist to join the team and work on exploration, appraisal and development work. They have a very busy drilling programme scheduled and with a licencing round on the horizon there is a great deal of important project work coming up. You will be working alongside other professionals initially in the North Sea but subsequently in other key areas of operation.

Experience Required

You should be an experienced Geophysicist and you must have previous experience of working for an oil company. You should have good seismic interpretation skills and be familiar with the Kingdom software package. Ideally you will also have had some previous exposure to North Sea work, although this is not essential.
