We are looking for an innovative entomologist/insect pathologist with a "can do" attitude to lead a science team based at Lincoln. This team undertakes internationally-recognised research on the development of beneficial microorganisms and their by-products, for a range of uses in the agricultural sector, with a particular focus on the control of pest invertebrates.
Our team's on-going interactions with farmers, policy agents and agricultural industries will see you developing and maintaining significant relationships with a wide range of people. Your activities will help bring about change by improving technologies for pest control and assisting with the uptake of these technologies at the farm scale.
If you are a highly motivated, independent, senior scientist and have a PhD in Entomology or a related discipline, with substantial research experience, and experience in leading a science team, you should find out more about this career opportunity.
