CSIRO Land and Water is seeking to appoint a Senior Research Scientist to join the Adelaide Organic Chemistry Team working within our "Rivers and Estuaries" Program. The Team's research focuses on quantifying the distribution, composition, turnover and cycling of organic matter and its associated nutrients in soil and aquatic systems.

The successful applicant will have a PhD and/or equivalent experience in soil ecology or a related biogeochemical field, and will initially contribute to existing projects, later developing a viable and sustainable research program consistent with CSIRO's priority research directions and science plan.
