SBEM Energy Assessor

Ecowise are currently looking to expand our team of accredited energy assessors to produce Commercial EPCs for non-dwellings and Display Energy Certificates (DECs) for Public Buildings.

Requirements:

Qualified and Accredited to prepare energy assessments of non-dwellings to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Operational Ratings (ORs), Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and Advisory Reports (ARs)

• Can undertake energy inspections of existing buildings using Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) methodologies
• From a construction background or with a sound knowledge of the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent computer skills
• Diligent, motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Valid UK driving licence and prepared to travel
