Environmental Division offers an integrated approach to consultancy and all
services are offered in house. This role is based in Manchester, but you may
also have the opportunity to work with professionals from any one of the 30 plus
offices in the UK.
What is the role….
Joining a well established team in Manchester you
will provide a high level of support to a wide range of projects. Current
assingments include; Scottish Marine Renewables, EIA and environmental
management for a proposed new airport, EIA for Biomass and Wind Energy projects
throughout the UK, EIA and EMP for proposed extension to the Isle of Man runway,
EIA to support outline planning applications for numerous landmark urban
regeneration schemes throughout the UK.
Who Should Apply….
We would like to hear from confident and mature
Environmental Consultants who are confident in their ability to undertake all
stages of EIA’s. This will include baseline assessment, screening, scoping, and
the production and review of Environmental Statements. Experience of SEA would
be highly desirable but not essential. All candidates must be a minimum degree
qualified and have experience that has been gained within the UK. Written and
verbal communication skills are important.
Future Opportunities…
This role will give you the opportunity to broaden your project experience and
develop your project management and report writing skills. It is anticipated
that successful candidates will actively work towards achieving Senior Status
and you will be given the highest level of support and training to ensure you
are equipped with the right skills to achieve promotion.
