A leading research and consultancy based organisation is currently seeking two talented individuals to join the company's Environmental Modelling group.

The Environment Systems team at ADAS provides innovative Environmental Consultancy underpinned by a science-based spatial, statistical, modelling and software capability, to clients in both government and corporate sectors. We are seeking a Senior Environmental Modeller and an Environmental Modeller to develop and apply numerical models, at both field and catchment scales, in support of a range of projects focusing primarily on water quality and diffuse pollution.

Both posts require candidates to be adaptable and creative, with:

• A first degree (or equivalent experience) in a numerate scientific discipline
• Experience in using environmental modelling, statistical analysis or spatial analysis
• Programming experience in a high-level computer language
• Knowledge of current agri-environment issues and policy initiatives
• A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline

The Senior Environmental Modeller will be expected to have 4 - 5 years of professional experience working in applied environmental sciences and will be required to take a lead role within the team.
