A leading, professional provider of consultancy services into the public and
private sector is looking to recruit an Environmental Impact Assessment
Consultant (EIA) to join the Environmental Services team in the Yorkshire
branch. The successful candidate will be in an ideal position to grown their
career and knowledge.
About the Role
- Advise on all stages of the EIA process and assessments
- Production of EIAs
- Be involved in projects such as commercial parks, industrial parks, sports
and leisure complexes, mixed-use developments, roads, flood defenses and
general infrastructure and waste management schemes
- Make the most of in-house technical skills and associate specialists where
appropriate.
About You
- Experience of assisting the production of EIAs
- Excellent oral/written communication and business skills.
- Good understanding of environmental issues
- Specialist expertise in at least one of the following; water, landscape,
or air quality would be advantageous.
- Project Management experience, linked to EIAs
- Understanding of Environmental Assessment techniques
- Environmental Statement and Report Writing skills.
