Job Description

A leading engineering, design, environmental and transport consultancy with
offices across the UK is looking to recruit an Engineering Geologist to join the
Geotechnics team and be a key member during multi-disciplinary projects. There
is also opportunities for this role to be based in various other locations in
the UK.
About The Role
- Be involved in projects that could include Civil and Water Engineering,
Highways, Building Structures, Railways or Transportation
- Undertake desk studies
- Design high quality ground investigations
- Preparation of contract documents
- Contaminated land investigation and assessment
- Foundation, earthworks and ground treatment design
- Draft, review and prepare reports
About You
- MSc educated and ideally be, or working towards being, Chartered
- Previous Engineering Geology experience, ideally with a UK Consultancy
- High level of technical ability and commercially aware
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including report
writing ability
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience of Highways Geotechnics is desirable but not essential
