Faculty of Science & Natural Resources

Head of National School of Forestry 1.0fte

The amalgamation of St Martin's College with Cumbria Institute of the Arts and the Cumbrian campuses of the University of Central Lancashire created the University of Cumbria in August 2007 to provide outstanding training and learning opportunities across the region. This is one of these situations where the whole is definitely greater than the sum of its parts; think of the merging colleges as the foundation on which the University of Cumbria has been built.
