Joint position between The University of Adelaide (0.5FTE) and the South Australian Museum (0.5FTE)
Help drive Australia's critical minerals revolution working on geoscience research programs that connect academia, government and industry.
This position is a joint appointment between The University of Adelaide and the South Australian Museum, and is a crucial element of a developing capacity for critical minerals research in South Australia. We are seeking to appoint an accomplished Earth scientist to undertake research in geology/mineralogy/geochemistry and develop a research program with a focus on critical minerals ore systems and their exploration footprint.
The successful applicant will join a newly-established and growing Critical Minerals Research Centre at The University of Adelaide, and have the opportunity to work closely with key industry, government and research partners in the critical minerals field.
