We are looking for a Lecturer to support our growing Applied Petroleum Geology Masters Programme and to contribute to our flourishing undergraduate Geology BSc programme. The successful candidate will have a relevant higher degree, good geological fieldwork skills and industrial experience in one of the fields - seismic interpretation, reservoir sedimentology, stratigraphy, petrophysics or structural geology (relevant to petroleum exploration and production). We are seeking a dynamic teacher and researcher to join the Geology team at Derby, part of a wider team of Geographers and Environmental Scientists, that present a range of BSc and MSc programmes in Geographical, Earth and Environmental Sciences.
