invite applications for an open-rank position of a

Professor in Mineralogy

Qualified applicants must have an outstanding track record of successful independent research in the field of mineralogy with possible specializations in environmental mineralogy and/or biomineralogy and/or mineral resources. The candidate will teach mineralogy and petrology in the form of courses, labs, and excursions directed towards students at the bachelor and master level.

The successful candidate will develop an internationally recognized competitive research program sustained by external funding.

Teaching experience at university level is expected.
