Salary: 33,519 to 38,833 per annum

The School of Environmental Sciences, University of Hull, wishes to appoint a Lecturer in Geology. Applications are invited for a teaching and research position in any area of the discipline, but with a preference for expertise in one or more of Geophysics, Geotechnics, Hydrogeology and Economic Geoscience.

Established connections with industrial partners in one of these areas would also be beneficial.

The post holder will be given time to further develop their research, and can expect a 60/40 time allocation between research and teaching after a reduced teaching workload for an initial period.
