Research positions in Geosciences

The Irish Centre for Research in Applied Geosciences (iCRAG) specialises in the research fields of raw materials, marine, groundwater and hydrocarbons, together with enabling research in geophysics, geochemistry, 3D modelling and public perception of geosciences. Established in 2015, iCRAG spans all of the main universities and research institutions performing geoscience research in Ireland, bringing together Irelandís leading geoscience experts to perform world class research.

iCRAG is now advertising the following positions:

Post-Doctoral Positions

  • Regional scale studies of Irish Zn-Pb deposits (Reference 010578).
  • Deposit scale studies of Irish Zn-Pb deposits focusing primarily on the Navan Zn-Pb deposit, Lisheen-Galmoy, Stonepark & Pallas Green and Abbeytown (Reference 010573).
  • Sedimentary Rock-Hosted Stratiform Cu Deposits in Africa and Europe (Reference 010574).
