Fully Funded PhD in Geodesy/Engineering Geology
We would like to bring to your attention to a fully funded Ph.D. position in in Geodesy/Engineering Geology available at Loughborough University and in collaboration with the Earth Observation team of the British Geological Survey through the CENTA partnership.
The project is looking at the landscape evolution geohazard risk along the Bailong River Corridor, Gansu, China.
The PhD is funded by the Central England NERC Training Alliance (CENTA), a consortium of research intensive Universities and research institutes that are working together to provide excellence in doctoral research training.

We are looking for a bright, highly motivated student with excellent GIS and coding skills, a good background in geohazards and remote sensing.
