RDR Ltd is looking for an experienced and well-qualified structural geologist to join our frontline team in Leeds, UK and to contribute to our expanding global project work. Experience in the application and management of structural geology and/or seal analysis projects to the hydrocarbon industry is essential. We require a motivated structural geologist with >10 years experience in the hydrocarbon industry with proven leadership, communication and networking skills.

We are seeking a senior team leader with the ability to manage projects and to grow business opportunities. The successful appointee will be responsible for generating, managing, and assisting with project work and be expected to help set future directions for the group. Competence in applying modern techniques for structural analysis in exploration and production situations is required. Preference will be given to those candidates with a broad knowledge of structural analysis from the reservoir to regional scale.

The salaries associated with the job package will be commensurate with experience and be competitive with the industry.
