The Department of Geological Sciences of Stockholm University (www.geo.su.se) is accepting applications for a Substitute Senior Lecturer in Mineralogy and Petrology.
Work tasks
The work tasks are 1) research and 2) campus, field and distance teaching of geology, mineralogy and metamorphic petrology.
Qualifications
You have a PhD in mineralogy or petrology. You have an excellent publication record for the stage you are at in your career. You have excellent pedagogic skills and you have experience of teaching mineralogy or petrology. General qualifications include the ability to collaborate and the professional skills to perform all the duties of the position. The ability to teach in Swedish is meriting.
Terms of employment
The position is full time for one year. Salaries at Stockholm University are set on an individual basis. You are therefore requested to state you salaray requirements.
