Typical Duties and Main Responsibilities:

Making use of the project site conditions, the successful applicant will be in charge of the anchor point type selection and sizing in order to safely anchor our mooring systems and other subsea facilities (PLEM, gravity bases, etc.) to be installed in both shallow and very deep waters.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Develop both geophysical & geotechnical surveys specifications particularly for deep water sites, organise and supervise such surveys.
• Perform detailed anchor points design: suction piles, driven piles, etc
• Assist in the technical evaluation of bids and proposals.
• Liase with classification societies and other regulatory bodies involved with the safety, integrity and legality of the Company's mooring systems and Subsea facilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Geotechnical Engineering
• 3 - 5 years of experience in offshore geotechnical engineering
