Drainage ExaminersContract Positions LNE (through to mid March)Hertfordshire through to East MidlandsAs a drainage examiner you will be required to visit a number of locations in order to carry out examinations of all drainage features. You will take photographs at the same time as recording dimensions and condition, adding all the information to an electronic tablet. Ideally holding a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, it is essential that as an examiner you have a history of working on the railways and are in possession of a PTS and either IWA or COSS. The ability to work alone and efficiently is a critical component of this role, as well as a driving licence. The Civil Examination Framework Agreement was recently awarded to one body, which will have overall responsibility for the next 5 years.
