Position Summary:

We have immediate openings for qualified and experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineers to work on a range of international projects. Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience.
• A Bachelors degree in related Civil/Geotechnical fields; a Masters degree is an asset.
• Registered or eligible to register as a Professional Engineer in Canada or Australia
• Experience with engineering design modelling programs and in design of earthworks projects including tailings embankments.
• Experience with seismic analysis, including liquefaction assessment and seismic hazard assessments is an asset.
• Experience in geotechnical field programs, site characterization, and construction of earthworks projects; Drilling, sampling and testing experience an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages, especially Spanish, are an asset).
• Demonstrated report writing skills.
• Ability to work in team environments and autonomously in remote locations advantageous.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, and ability to supervise, train and mentor junior to intermediate staff.
• Willingness to travel, ability to work in team environments or autonomously.
