We are working on behalf of a number of Consulting Engineering firms in New Zealand with positions available for Intermediate and Senior level Geotechnical Engineers. The projects on which you will apply your geotechnical expertise are diverse including roads, highways & bridges; land & buildings development; hydropower & windfarms; water resource / irrigation development; waste & contaminated sites; geohazard & land assessment / remediation.

Your skills:

  • Hold a Civil Engineering degree, preferably with a post graduate qualification in Geotechnical Engineering.
  • Have 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
  • Be experienced in the use of geotechnical analysis and design software such as SLOPE/W, PLAXIS, WALLAP & gINT.
  • Have previous consulting experience, excellent client relationships skills, a strong interest in developing others, and proven or developing project management skills.
