We currently have an opportunity for a number of experienced BREEAM Assessors to join a large UK multidisciplinary consultancy based from one of their North West offices. The roles ideally will be for a fixed term contract; however there is the possibility of the roles being permanent for the right individual.
This particular office is a multidisciplinary practice which covers the design, construction, engineering and property markets providing a broad range of professional services. The roles will be based within the Building services and sustainability team, offering you the opportunity to work on a wide variety of large scale projects. Current workload includes public buildings, sport stadia, education and healthcare developments and residential buildings, give you a breath of project exposure.
Ideally you will understand the technical aspects and delivery of BREEAM and Code for Sustainable homes assessment. You will ideally have previous consultancy experience and be able to demonstrate a track record of project management and project delivery.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified BREEAM Assessor (Other buildings/education)
- Full UK driving licence and vehicle access
Desirable Criteria:
- BREEAM 2011
- Code for Sustainable homes qualified
- Healthcare / Commercial experience
- BREEAM accredited Professional status.
